Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

• Concerns regarding delivered designs must be reported within 7 days.
• Corrections apply only to errors or issues within the agreed project scope.
• Changes caused by incorrect client information or new requirements are chargeable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed, delivered, or client-approved designs.
• Custom/made-to-order design work.
• Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope.

3. Process

For concerns or cancellation requests, call 9496793914 or visit our showroom at Mallikatte, Kadri with your invoice. Each case will be reviewed based on the work completed.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested before substantial work begins. Any approved refund will be based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
